ED I vs. ED II

does anyone have any idea how ED I and ED II operate? There is practically NO information other than the routine "ED is a binding decision", etc on GWU website.

Given that they have ED II, one would think there is more information on how this works.

For instance, do they accept/defer/reject for EDs? In some schools they outright reject some EDs. In other cases, they only accept or defer.

How about this: if they don't accept you at ED I, are you automatically rolled to ED II, or do they put you on an RD pile. If you don't make in ED I, can you have another shot at early admission with ED II?

I am surprised how UNHELPFUL their web site is.

ed 1 works the same way as ed 2…the only difference between them is the deadlines at which each is due

as for getting accepted/deffered/rejected for ed 1 and ed 2 or for even RD for that matter, u are either accepted or rejected…they do not defer…and if u are rejected…ur not moved to the ed 2 pile or the RD pile…its either ur in or ur out for good
