Anyone get them yet?
If so please post! I hope they wont wait until the February 15 to start sending them out.

ha, I dont know why I am so anxious to see my denial letter....I'm scared
=[

I asked the admission office and one of them told me that they will be mailing out the decision around mid-week.
I'm so nervous too.
Swarthmore is my "DREAM SCHOOL" and I do not want to get denied....

What about international students?
Will they send email early or exactly on Feb 15 ?

Well, I am an international applicant too.

Here is the lhe e-mail I received.

Dear applicant

We will mail ED 2 decision letters mid week to all ED 2 applicants. We will also send email notification to international students within a day or so after mailing the letters. Thank you for writing.

Yvetta Moat
Administrative Coordinator, Admissions
Assistant to the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid

I have a premonition of disaster.
I really love Swarthmore and dream to become a Swatty.
Don't want to be rejected or waitlisted...

better to be pessimistic..
If you are accepted, it will come as a shock and you will be ecstatic.
If waitlisted, well you were expecting it all along.

thats my outlook.
hehe

Expect the worst, hope for the best. That's my philosophy.

anyone received EDII decision???

Swarthmore said to me they have mailed decision letters for US students. International students will receive email in upcoming 1 or 2 days.

Am I the first to break the news? Rejected ;/ Alas!

yee - sorry to hear that :\ If you don't mind me asking, where are you located? You received the letter very quickly.

I also applied early decision II, but I have not received any sort of email telling me about my application status, which is worrying me. Have all of you received emails about your application status?

Rejected too. So sad.

rejected as well... :(

Are there any international who were accepted?

I got in! Yes! I did not expect this..

I'm SO SO SO NERVOUS for this reply! International replies are coming! AAA!!!!

Got my rejection on Wednesday... not pretty. They give you a decent paragraph about how they have to deny "many qualified applicants, like you," and that they were sad to miss the opportunity to get to know a "remarkable person."

Oddly enough this did not have the desired comforting effect.

The other 2 people I know who did intl ED from my city, both got their rejection emails, but I've yet not gotten mine... any idea why?!

rejected :(

this is looking rather discouraging so far....
does anyone know whether ED II confers an advantage to applicants, since interest is considered?

I applied RD and I feel like my chances are slim.
