Ed Ii

I've been thinking about Early Decision II at Wesleyan University...

(why it's called EARLY decision is beyond me)

but anyway, I understand that ED rules still apply, and, if accepted, I MUST attend Wesleyan.

and the deadline is the same as regular decision, right???

But my question is - are the acceptance percentages for ED II greater than those of Regular Decision?

And also, my SAT (december) scores... will they be sent from the CollegeBoard to Wesleyan in time for Wesleyan to consider my application under ED conditions, and reply to me by February 15th???

THANKS

i meant ED II for the title... but yea... lol

bump...................

You need to ask Wesleyan about the SAT scores.

I have no idea about the accept percentages, but if Wesleyan is your first choice and you don't have to worry about finaid, go for it. Can't hurt.

And I think it's called Early Decision because you're deciding to go there when you send in your app, which is earlier than the May 1 reply date for RD. Or maybe they just want the name to be easy to understand.
