ED Legacy

I am planning on applying to the school of arts and sciences. my mother attended the engineering school at penn.

SAT: 2140 (740 CR 740 WR 660 M)
SAT2: 700 (US Hist.)
I still need to take another. I am retaking US and also am taking Math 1. But I know I should take Math 2, I just don't know if I can, which is why I'm considering using my ACTs and taking them again. To be honest im not one of the supernerds on this site who takes 10 subject tests over high school. i didn't even know what they were until junior year. im hoping that my status as a somewhat normal person might help me.

31 (32 E 28M 31R 31SC)
31 (33 E 31M 34R 25SC)

GPA: 3.86

I know my scores aren't great but I have extracurriculars and I'm hoping the legacy will help me. My school district is public but very competitive.
