(ED) My chances?

Hi, I'm a senior in HS and I'm planning on applying to NU under ED.

some info about me:

Academics:

4.1 GPA weighted

3.9 GPA unweighted

side note: I'm told that an upward trend in GPA is favorable and my gpa went from a pretty mediocre ~3.6 freshman year to 3.8-3.9+ every other year

class rank at about 20-25 out of 300

33 composite act (36 english, 36 science, 30 math, 31 reading) and (rather weak, I know) 8 writing

Will be taking the SAT subject tests for german, chemistry, and math next month (I expect very high scores because I'm completely familiar with the material on all of the tests)

Will be taking the AP german, physics B, calc AB, and statistics tests

Fairly rigorous high school schedule (I will have taken every AP/honors/accelerated math class available and as many AP/honors sciences I could have as well as honors/accelerated english/literature classes; only 1 AP english class was offered at my school and it didn't run this year)

Extra curricular:

President of German Honor Society

Officer of National Honor Society

3 years German club

diversity club

computer club

Community service:

~1/2 year volunteer work at my library

Multiple instances of service at places/programs like feed my starving children, adopt-a-highway, various independent service in my neighborhood

2 summers of volunteer work for my church (currently an agnostic so I haven't gone in 2 summers)

Tutor in Math and German

Other:

I will have a fantastic letter of recommendation from my german teacher, since she has known me for the entirety of my high school career and is very familiar with the positive aspects of my personality/performance during HS

I plan on studying a field of engineering or physics

I know that I don't have a particularly outstanding profile but I'm certain that NU is my first pick as a school and I just wanted to know what sort of chances I have if I apply under ED

thanks in advance for reading this and taking your time to give me any estimate you can come up with

Toss up for ED. Since you have a great rec, your chances are in your favor. You just have to write convincing essays. Not applying ED is a huge risk.
