I was deferred for ED a couple weeks ago and had applied to the Business Administration. When I was doing the app in October I basically had no idea what I wanted to do after college so I went with a broad major that lets you go into quite a bit of different fields.

However, my AP Gov class has really opened my eyes and made me get really interested in Political Science. I looked it up and it sounds like its for me: a lot of writing and opinions and little math lol. Anyways, do you recommend changing or not? Will it negatively affect my chances of getting in? And if I choose not to change my major and do get accepted under business, is it automatic that I will get to change after a semester or is it really hard to switch?

I don’t know if it matters per department requirements, but on my ACT I got 23s in math/science and 29 and 30 on reading and writing, so my strong points are definitely reading and writing; maybe that would give me a better chance because Poli Sci is liberal arts type…
