<p>This is really not that surprising. I have speculated that since Dec 15 is a Saturday there would be a possibility CMC would release the decisions on Friday December 14. Also, 5 PM PST has always been the time in which decisions have been released.</p>
<p>Applicants will most likely receive an email telling them to check the portal to view the decision. Seems like the most practical thing to do.</p>
