ED or RD chances at Vanderbilt?

<p>I'm looking to apply to Vanderbilt next year and I realize that a lot can change till then, but am I on the right track? I'm looking at schools with a similar tier as well (UVA, Northwestern, Duke, etc).</p>

<p>You’re probably going to want to get in the 2200 range on the SAT. With that you might have a chance for ED.</p>

<p>study for your Math Level 2 exam. Your SATIIs can be an asset in your profile at all colleges, not just Vandy. Those who take it are a self selected bunch…the curve is easier on the Level 2 but your peer test takers are all very determined and motivated so if you take it…be determined and motivated. The schools you have named are ALL reach schools that routinely waitlist kids with wonderful stats due to high volume of qualified applicants unless you are instate at UVA. You can take the SAT twice more if you really want to give it your best. Fall term senior year is exhausting but do walk ins on SAT saturdays when you feel up to the task, get rest, prepare for these exams…best of luck</p>
