ED/PLME question

Quick question:

I really want to go to Brown, especially for its PLME program. (Wanna-be doctor)
It’s not just the benefits of PLME that lured me to this school, but also it’s interesting course scheduling, etc. Anyways, onto the question.

If I apply to brown both under ED and PLME, but get rejected from PLME but accepted for ED, how would my pre-med undergrad life work? Considering most of the brown med school spots have already been taken up, would I have to find another med school to apply to in my fourth year? Would this be a wise path or should I go PLME or bust ?

Btw: I’m international (Canada)

Thnx

uh, if you get rejected from PLME and accepted to Brown then you just do pre-med like at any other school

I wouldn't worry about that. There are plenty of medical schools out there, and many are higher ranked than Brown's. If you are interested in medicine, you shouldn't just look to Brown's medical schol.
