I want to apply to Stanford ED. I have taken the SAT twice (1st=2000, 2nd= 2090) and three subject tests (Bio E = 730, Math II= 750, and US History= 670). I'm not sure if I should take the SAT a third time or take some more subject tests in October. What should I do? Wouldn't it look bad to take the SAT a third time?

Also, I have taken the ACT once (30) and am taking it again in Sept.

If you think you can further improve your scores by taking tests again, I would do so. The applicant pool for Stanford is extremely qualified. The higher your scores the better.

Stanford doesn't offer ED. They have SCEA (Single Choice Early Action). Its the same thing as EA except you can only apply EA there and no where else. Its not binding like ED though.

Your scores are low. But you've taken the test twice and haven't noticeably improved, so if you're going to take the test again you need to do something different this time around.
