I'm applying ED I but my application wont be mailed out until this weekend because I'm pretty lazy when it comes to these things. I thought i would be okay because the date they have to be in is Nov 15 but I always thought that meant postmarked. It doesn't say postmarked and I'm worried it means that it has to be in the office itself on the 15th. Does anyone know which one it is?

Well, on the application it says "Early Decision applicants must have all sections of the application to the Office of Admission by the appropriate deadline." However as long as it's postmarked before Nov. 15th it shouldn't be a problem because they realize that you don't have any control over how long it takes the post office to deliver your application, so just make sure you send it off as soon as possible and maybe even express mail it just be sure.

Anyway, tell us more about yourself since I only know like two other people on this site that are applying ED I to Vassar.

I'll post my stuff in the other thread

If anything, Im the worrying type, Id overnight it, anything. The app from what Ive read through talking to people at Vassar needs to be in by the 15th. Supporting stuff like the reccomendations can be a little late but the app has to be there. Send it off as fast as possible and call and explain what happened.
