ED Rates?

<p>Okay, so yesterday I looked at CollegeBoard's website and they said that the ED rate for the class of 2007 (it might have been '08, idk) was ~41%. And today I was leafing through a 2004 edition of the U.S. News college guide, and it said the ED rate was 33%. </p>

<p>Has the ED rate at Duke been steadily increasing over the years, or has this been a recent jump? What can this be attributed to? Your thoughts?</p>

<p>I thought our ED application rate didn't change that much or might have gone slightly up due to the elimination of EA/ED at Harvard and Princeton.</p>
