ED really help?

When I went to visit the admission person said it doesn’t increase your chances, but everyone on here says it does. Also I saw that there ED accpetance rate was 25% and RD was 34%…

I have a 3.68 with a 1620 sat, but I took every honors class possible, Im applying to graphic communications. There average GPA in this college(liberal arts) is 3.78.

should I apply ED? How much will it help?

The key is you get two chances for acceptance with ED. One in the ED pool of applicants, which is smaller, then if you dont get accepted there you get automatically put into the RD pool.

I won’t say that our chances will increase, but our applications reviewed twice. Most of the time, people with higher stats get in during ED while everyone else is deferred to regular. But from friends, they tell me they know a lot of people who were deferred for ED but got in for regular decision.

Anyhoo, good luck for all of us.=D
