Ok, it's a bit early, but here it is anyway. Please only post results rather than discuss em to keep it in control ;)

I'll have to bump it every now and then for the next 2 weeks. :)

Should we have a format for posting or use multiple threads like the Yalies are doing? (Yale-copying has become any Ivy board joke, so let's perpetuate it, haha.)

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=14098

I think it sounds like a good idea. (Newt came up with a fomula that looks good.) We probably should create a "Celebration" thread, just so those of us who do get in knock on wood can post a few lengthy, exuberant posts without feeling guilty.

(Sorry, I know this is still premature, but it's definitely on the mind....anyway....)

We should have a thread that doesn't get clogged with discussion. One thread for the reporting of the decision, another for discussion (cause you know how we princetonians can discuss...)

Yes...I don't want it to turn out like last year's, where the results are mixed in with a lot of other posts.

I'll just post their format they came up with; we can tweak it if needs be: (credit to newt)

You'd copy this to your post and take out the spaces:

that takes too much time.. ppl get excited when they get in... they dont have time to post all that info...

That's why there will be multiple threads....one for the excitement, and this one for posting stats/results to benefit next year's CC class (even if we have to calm down a bit before we post). And maybe a few others, too =)

i dont get this "hook" thing does that mean you HAVE to be recruited? maybe even tho i wasnt recruitd ill get this athletic "hook"!

I'm hoping that my swimming helps...it was 22+ hrs/wk from 9-11 grades, so it really killed any chances for any outstanding com. service projects, play productions, etc.

Haha, we're already starting to make a Lounge out of the results thread....

thats cuz we rock and we love each other. mwa ha ha ha . yea me too. i hope my swimming helps me. especially since pton rocks at swimming haha

well.. to be recruited, they will contact u for an interview. thats what a guy in my region did. he got flown over to princeton for recruited rowing.

haha, we know we aren't recruited. Also....we should probably drop this thread before it becomes another lounge.....

I worked a 15-hr a week job... hopefully they take it into consideration. It's a hard job!!

i would like to think so at least :( if i were recruited i wouldnt be so worried rite now haha

Don't worry Kebree, I can recruit you...

who are you! im so confused. i come back after a 2 day tournament and you are on CC courting every girl on the pton board. crazy kid
