<p>I think I got deffered, cuz I picked the hardest major jhu has to offer, Biomed Engineering. Its actually a good thing i didnt get accepted cuz i heard that in baltimore at night you can hear gunshots every minute or so. ITs too dangerous. For those who got accepted congrats, and good luck.</p>

I go to Hopkins and haven't hear one gunshot. Stay out of the bad areas, and you'll be fine. The area around Hopkins, for the most part is very very wealthy, with the homes to the north of campus worth millions of dollars. It's not that bad of a city, you just have to be smart.</p>
