ED/SCEA- Duke, or Harvard *sketched RN*

Alright, so im sketched af rn, I have one week do decide whether to apply to Harvard SCEA( Around 18% acceptance rate) Duke ED(25%)
I plan on majoring in biology, and eventually going to med school for sports medicine.
However, both schools are equal in their terms of pros and con for what they can offer.
The thing is with ED it has higher acceptance rate, but i’ll have to accept their financial offer and attend
The thing is with SCEA is that although the acceptance rate is 7% lower, i will not have to attend if accepted so idk which one to choose 8-|
my stats are
UW GPA: 3.69 (Lots of IB Classes)
ACT Composite: 33
Ethnicity: Black, Native American
Essay: Manning up,finding myself through track, and tutoring a UFC fighter that i initially tried to avoid and had problems with but ended up becoming best friends and becoming 5th in state while rated as the overlooked underdogs
