ED to AEM

I know AEM is a reach for anyone...

Please chance me!

ACT 34, SAT 2340, SAT IIs Bio 750, US Hist 760

Top 10%, most rigorous coursework, very good (not NY state) HS that sent 10 kids to Cornell last year.

I have a lot of good extracurriculars (I'm nationally ranked in one of them) but not much specifically in business. I took business classes over the summer and have a recommendation from an AP econ teacher but that's about it.

are you a senior?

stats are on par. chances depend on your ECs. try to show your passion for business and leadership potential through your activities / essays. a lot of applicants with great stats apply, but dyson is more about fit and potential to develop into a leader.

As the above poster said, if your essays/ECs can demonstrate leadership/business passion, your chances are as good as anyone’s. Fit really does matter for Dyson and they need to see the potential for a future business leader.
