ED to CAS or Wharton? Chance me please

Hi everyone,
I am debated on whether to ED to Wharton or CAS. My stats are below but I don’t think they are high enough for Wharton. What are the pros and cons of Wharton vs CAS? I want to be able to take some liberal arts classes but I also like the focus of the application instead of theory at CAS.
How difficult is it to transfer from CAS to Wharton?
I would want to pursue a concentration in finance/accounting/management if I can get into Wharton.

ACT: 31
Taking subject tests for November for math 2 and physics (not sure how well I will perform, not a strong test taker)
GPA: 98
Class rank: “none” officially but within the system, I have the highest
AP: Only offered during junior and senior year at my school. Took APUSH (3), AP Lit(2), AP Physic(2), AP Chinese (5), am currently taking classes for AP Lang, AP Comparative Govt, Calc (at a local university), AP Spanish → Should I send my scores given they are not the strongest?
All other classes are honors

Awards: Highest GPA in mathematics every year, greatest passion in science every year

EC:
Student govt (9,10,11,12) on exec board
L-MIT InvenTeam (9) we significantly improved a project and members of my team were able to present our project at White House Science Fair (I wasn’t able to b/c they prioritized seniors + there were two spots) but continued with other tech clubs sophomore (Sphero), junior and senior year
On several service clubs → was able to raise awareness and $$ for kids cancer research + start initiatives to increase access to technology
NHS
Outside of school, I was part of student board or director and am a media ambassador for an organization that helps first gen/low income/high achieving students
Anime President (VP) and participated in annual Japanese Cultural Exchange for past 3 years
Worked throughout HS (but not directly related to academic interests)
Rock the Street Wall Street, organization for girls to gain financial literacy

Stuff from summer: a week finance internship, went to Spain for cultural and language studies

Rec: Should be strong- the teachers know me very well

Am ORM, First Gen

definitely Wharton. Your stats are fine

That you need to research — there is a wealth of information on this subforum if you search and on Penn’s site.

I think you have the last bit reversed. CAS will be more theory than application.

It’s difficult to transfer from CAS to Wharton. You need a high GPA plus an essay component that explains why you want to switch.

I would not send the 2s and 3s on your AP exams.
