<p>GPA: 4.75 Academic 4.68 Total (3 B's total)
IB Diploma Candidate (finished EE, CAS, and the like so I'll get my diploma so long as I don't screw up on the exams)
My school ranks by decile, so I'm top 10%.
Senior schedule

IB Philosophy</p>

<p>Tests:
SAT: 770 CR 770 M ;_; 790 W (2330 Total; one sitting)
SAT 2's: 790 Math2C 770 Bio 750 USHistory 740 Chem 780 Chinese
AP's: All 5's - Chinese, CalcBC, USH, Bio, CompSci, Euro, Lang&Comp
I'll be taking another 5 or 6 AP Tests next May.</p>

<p>Organizations & Activities
Future Business Leaders of America (4 yrs) - Local chapter president & Southern Section Vice President (regional office)
Speech and Debate (4 yrs if you only count high school) - placed plenty of times w/ a couple firsts
TTI Forensics Academy (2 yrs) - President and Administrative Services Manager; This is a nonprofit organization that offers speech and debate classes to the underprivileged.
The Wind (2 yrs) - President; organization I created that performs music for senior centers and other community venues (I play the drumset)
Church Worship Team (3 yrs) - play the drums and also acted as Communications Director
National Honor Society member
NMSQT Semifinalist - PSAT 238; Going for finalist right now</p>

<p>Summer Stuff
After 10th - created public speaking program at library and taught public speaking classes (7 weeks)
After 11th - Internship @ Kraft Foods in their logistics and customer services department, volunteered 90 hrs at senior center</p>

<p>There's my high school career in a forum post. Kind of scary to see how short 4 years looks on paper. Thanks again for reading!</p>

I had a question about essays. Do you think writing creatively about myself or writing more about my experiences/activities and how I’ve learned from them would be better? My current essays are focused on the latter, as I don’t consider myself that creative or artsy.</p>
