ED1 Decision Release Stress/Anxiety Bates and Chance Me

I applied ED1 to Bates College and I’m super stressed and anxious about the result. Does anyone know when they come out?? And can someone make a rough chance for me I’m literally dying:

I got recruited for swimming and put under “impact recruits” (which is tier 1?)

GPA (weighted): 3.83
No SAT
Race: Asian, Filipino

AP US History - 5
AP Language - 4
AP World History
AP Literature
(All Honors Classes Year 9, 10, 11)

Honor Roll (9, 10, 11, 12)
NHS (12)
AP US Merit Award (11)
Spanish II Honors Merit Award (11)
Theology Merit Award (10)

I had my essay reviewed by a bunch of people and they said it was at the level of what Bates is looking for.

When is the exact date of decision.

I heard the 20th at the latest but I also heard it might come sooner. I honestly don’t know for sure.

Bates on their site says “by” December 20th, so figure soon.

Based on your indicated academic rigor, accomplished swimming and what appears to be the sincerity of your application, I’d guess that you will be accepted. Good luck!

If you are a swimming recruit, I think your chances are very very good.
