Our aid was wildly different than the estimated net price calculator. Would love to hear of that was common.

Any suggestions as to how to find out before waiting for monday’s Mail!?!?
@mom2thrie I am guessing it was much lower?
We had some of that with my older daughter–other schools.
So disappointing! I have heard that UR is somewhat generous with aid, so now I am worried as well.
$15k a year lower, so a significant amount.
@Agw2022 I really think that if your kiddo can log in, then he/she has been admitted. There was a mom who posted yesterday who could not log in, so the link is not working for everyone. It would be a nightmare if they accepted payment from kids that couldn’t enroll.
Thanks so much. I hope you are right! My daughter is so stressed out!

Just a word of advice from a current richmond student! I get waiting for the letter can be stressful. But trying to find loopholes around the system isn’t the best way to get the news, just wait it out. I can garentee seeing a “pay deposit” button will never be as satisfying as visiting the post office 5 times to finally see that big white letter in the mail. It is a special and unique moment that is the first little part of the huge richmond experience! Best of luck 2022, you picked the best school in the world
Rjt735 - you are absolutely right! My daughter was at boarding school and we were away and she had to wait until Sunday, Dec 17 to find that big white envelope in the mail and it was much more satisfying. She’s very excited about UR.
