I applied to George Washington via early decision one and I was wondering if anyone know which date exactly the decision will be released? I know that there have been threads about this before in previous years, but the date seems to vary each year. I'm jumping the gun, I know, because it says that the date will be around mid-december, but I'm so nervous and really want to know my results. Also, does anyone know if the results will be delayed at all due to Hurricane Sandy or the US News scandal? I'm probably reaching there.

<p>I called the office and they said it could either be a few days before the 15th or a few days after the 15th.</p>
<p>GWU was not impacted in any significant way by the hurricane and the US News debacle should not impact what they are doing, either. From the school’s perspective, the latter is an administrative snafu that has nothing to do with daily operations. Hang in there; it wont be long now!</p>
<p>not worse than me ! I applied for Spring admission and haven’t heard back yet ! 
It is stated in the website that it will be released by late November and today is December 5th !!! ah I’m so nervous</p>

<p>The application status check on the gw admissions activity center is also temporarily under maintenance so it should be soon…</p>
<p>If I recall from last year (and the years before), it seems to always be a Thursday around the 15th. So it would make sense that it could either be the 13th or 20th (or possibly anywhere in between.</p>
<p>Just got an email from GW. They’re posting decisions at 6pm (EST) tomorrow. So nervous, we all just have to get through tomorrow.</p>
