ED1 vs ED2 difference?

I am applying ED2 and I was just wondering if the acceptance rate for ED1 is more than that of ED2? Are there any other differences that come to mind regarding the difference between the two?

Also can you let me know whether I have a good chance getting in?
GPA: 3.3/4
SAT: 1960
ACT: 30
(not sure which test scores to send)

My rep said the only difference is that you apply and receive your results earlier with ED1,
