I posted on the admissions office fb page asking the same thing but I was told 3-4 weeks after my app was complete. I was also applying to a CAP so I don’t know if this changes anything.

Thanks for asking this question twitchy. Bohalloran95 is correct. Once your application is complete (aside from the Mid-Year Report, as that isn’t typically sent until February) and your Early Decision Confirmation Form with all 3 signatures has been processed, you can expect a decision to come in 3-4 weeks.

The ED Confirmation Form is the piece of the application that we need to activate you as an ED II applicant. Keep an eye on your MyRoc account, as it will tell you when your application moves from the first reader, to the second reader, and finally to the committee review phase of our review process. You should see application progress through the review stages during the first 3 weeks after switching to ED II.

If you don’t see your application type change from “Regular Decision” to “Early Decision II” within a few days after submitting the ED Confirmation Form, you can always give us a call to make sure that we have received this form.

Don’t hesitate to call, the counselors are always willing to help!

Bohalloran95: If you are applying ED II and as a Combined-Admissions Program applicant, your decision letter should still come within the same 3-4 week time frame. The admissions decision is made independently from the CAP decision.

Finalists for the Combined-Admissions Programs are notified at different times during February and March depending on which CAPs program you are applying for (GEAR is happening earlier than GRADE and REMS, so GEAR students will hear first).

Is admissions (specifically the final review committee) working over Christmas week, and does the myRoc move to step five when the committee has made the final decision and the letter is mailed? If they worked, my four week window ends on Wednesday and I’m excited to hear .
