did you guys get notification of financial aid/scholarships?? i didnt yet?
@jacknixxon Sorry to hear that. Just curious, did your portal say “Thank you” or “Our records indicate”?
Did any ED2 applicant get merit?
@suzyQ7 no merit. Univ of Miami gave us $20K, nothing from NE.
I got $12K a year in merit, I’ll post stats later!
Did anybody get into NU.in? If so, where are you going?
My daughter got in the nu in program for nursing. She’s excited and would like to go to Ireland.
@bethanylm291
The letter starts with, “Thank you for submitting your Early Decision II application to Northeastern University.” No mention of “our records indicate”.
Is there any significance to this?
@jacknixxon There is a correlation in ED 1 between having the “Thank You” message and being accepted, and having the “Our records indicate” and being rejected or deferred. Since this was the first year for ED 2, nobody knew if there would be the same correlation, but it looks like likes there isn’t.
Good luck to you with the rest of your applications!
@jacknixxon Is that the first sentence of your rejection letter? What I am interested in is what it said in your Application Status portal before decisions came out.
