<p>they called my school to ask for my midyear grades...but our grading period isn't over yet! eek. my guidance counselor has to fax them my grades and i had to convince my teachers to get them all early. big pain in the butt /: </p>
<p>i'm nervous. sigh. i think i'm going to get rejected, although i'm trying to think at least a little positively...</p>
<p>Sorry to double post, but ugh, I am on the edge of my seat waiting, even though it's just the 2nd! :)</p>
<p>Good luck, Hollylove! Maybe rent some good movies or knit a scarf to help calm the anxiety--or just read CC compulsively, as I did when my son had applied.</p>
<p>I've taken to cooking Thai food (mostly fried rice) and analyzing my split ends in my spare time...also, I keep running home from school at lunch to check my mail! I'm expecting another letter though, so that one isn't totally crazy...haha.</p>
<p>I'm in the same anxious state Holly...I only check the mail once each day, but I spend hours on the Carleton admissions site (re-vamped and cooler than ever :)...I really hope the letters come this week. Carleton is far and away my favorite college, and I'm dying to know! Good luck other ED2ers =)</p>

<p>I heard from a current student--my host when I prospied--that the letters were mailed today, which means we should receive decisions as early as Monday. It's a good thing I have a good book to read over the weekend (The Handmaid's Tale), because I'm incredibly excited! Good luck to all potential Carls of the class of 2013:)</p>
