<p>What does everyone think of this new development?</p>
<p>I'm excited. As a native of Columbus, I'm used to the vibrant college town that surrounds OSU. I'm glad we're getting something similar.</p>
<p>Won't be around for another few years. The Common Council of South Bend only just recently approved some rezoning for the site.</p>
<p>It's going to be awesome. Hopefully the school doesn't completely ruin such a cool development by making its retail sites outrageously mark up their prices. I expect it will be leased out, ala the LaFortune sites, which should take care of that.</p>
