<p>Hee! When I visited Yale, they really played up the Hogwarts thing because that's the best example of an English private school in American teenagers' minds. But I think everyone in this forum knows which Ivy is REALLY magical.</p>
<p>Macalester, then Cal, UCSD, and Santa Cruz as a back up if nothing else works out.</p>
<p>i would love to get into amherst, wellesley, and/or wesleyan. my parents, on the other hand, would like me to get into columbia, cornell, or upenn if not brown. of course i would be ecstatic and consider myself lucky to be accepted into an ivy but i don't know if they're great matches for me. i just really love brown for being what it is!</p>

<p>Northwestern... but realistically, I won't get in there either. USC is my third choice - one that I'm both happy and confident about.</p>
