<p>Okay, so, say I wanted to apply to JHU early decision, then I wanted to apply to this other school as EDII.</p>

<p>This school's website, however, says nothing about ED...it just says...</p>

<p>"Application Deadlines - Fall</p>

<p>Priority Decision - December 1</p>

<p>We offer a Priority Application deadline for undergraduate applicants who desire early notification of their admission status. Applicants wishing to be considered for priority admission will need to submit their completed application by December 1. Students submitting all application materials on or before December 1 will receive notification of their admissions decision prior to December 31."</p>

<p>Is that just regular decisions, only early? I don't need to worry about legal ED/EDII stuff?</p>

<p>It sounds similar to Early Action (non-binding). The second school does not have ED, either I or II. </p>

<p>To be sure, contact the second school’s admissions office and ask if this option is binding or not.</p>

<p>assuming that the first schools ED lets you apply to other schools ea, then the priority thing is fine.</p>

<p>Yeah, that sounds like EA, so you should be fine for JHU ED.</p>
