<p>I will be retaking the ACT in December. The scores won't come out until the 27th of December I think. Would it be bad if I didn't submit my online App until that date so I can fill out my updated scores? I feel like if I waited until the 28th of December, then there would be so many people filling out the application the site would crash because I have heard that it happened before.</p>
