I applied for elementary education, is that one of Clemson’s competitive majors? And/or does anyone know the stats of an admitted education major?
I have been accepted for early childhood ed and I did a lot of research on Clemson beforehand to see average stats. They have a mini factbook on their site that is categorized by departments. While it does not break it down by exact majors, those in teaching/learning majors have a 1245 SAT, 27 ACT, and at least top 16% class rank (the stats are from last years accepted students). They have a smaller education department so they accept a limited amount of students, but the required stats aren’t quite as competitive as other majors. I hope that helps a bit.
