Education system - International Student

Hello everyone... Well, I'm an international student and I have just found out that my school doesn't weight GPA nor it rank classes. It actually does, but the whole process is completely different than that of the American System.
My school doesn't offer Honors, AP, or IB. It is science-math oriented and has established a system of 10 courses of the same level (per year) that every student must follow. Although Honors, AP, and IB are not offered, the courses that are part of the curriculum include really advanced topics that are very similar to those of Honors and AP.
Moreover, my school doesn't rank students, so I have no idea if I am valedictorian, salutatorian, in top 5%, etc. My school only evaluates us based on our GPA. Each course I mentioned is graded on a scale from 1.0-5.0. The transcript I received says that the my GPA is 5.0, which is really high, but unweighted (I have no idea what makes a GPA weighted).
So this is how my school's education system works. I wonder what to write in the GPA and Rank Class Sections in the CommonApp and I also wonder if I am disadvantaged because of the differences with the American system...
I would really appreciate it if you could help me out.
