EE & CS

Hey guys ive posted topics asking which you would think is better (pros & cons of each).

Now I just want to know who's going into either of these majors and why you chose it.

BTW-Im still c-sawing between the two :P (CS is diff than EE and has less credits but im thinking EE may have more job opp)

also why not include your school :)im goin to PSU

Um... I was thinking about doing Course 6-2 which is both EE & CS but then I decided that what I really love is CS, Math and Physics, so I decided to do a double major in Couse 18C and Course 8 which are Mathematics with Computer Science and Physics (with a focus in Computational Physics)

And well, I'm going to MIT that's why I mention the Course #'s so you can check them out on the website ;)

Obviously, there's huge overlap between EE and CS, but the biggest difference is that if you like programming, go for CS. If you like to get your hands dirty with design labs, go for EE. My background: UIUC Computer Engineering, Stanford Electrical Engineering.

hehe blue theres my problem....i like both! :P so im tryin to find out which I like better ;P (I think I may be leaning toward CS)

cool though so your a current grad. student?
