EE. penn or columbia or CMU?

i got into penn, columbia and CMU. gonna major in electrical engineering (definitely!) can't really decide where to go. i know CMU has the best EE program among the three but sometimes i think overall performance is more important. also i'm thinking if i go to penn, i may still have chance to take some classes in both wharton and CMU? and costs at all colleges has gone up so Philadelphia might be cheaper to live in. but still i NYC is much more fun!!... columbia engineering is better than penn's?

wot do you think, which i should go?

I also got into the same universities and also want to major in EE. I’ve been having a hard time deciding but I’m mostly in between Columbia and CMU.
