EE undergrat: UCLA or Cal Poly,SLO??

I am planning to get my undergrad education as an EE. I wonder which school is better, UCLA or CAL POLY, SLO? in terms of everything you can think of.</p>

<p>Well UCLA has a better breakfast but SLO has better coffee and allows students to snack in the library, so I’d have to say SLO fo sho.</p>

<p>I chose UCLA because I thought it had more facilities and more research opportunities. Cal Poly - SLO is a great school too. It has a highly regarded engineering reputation. Just look at the course offerings and go to the open houses to get a sense of what they have to offer.</p>

<p>There are also other factors you have to consider e.g. cost, location, social life, etc.</p>
