EECS Chances

I'm applying to Berkeley in 7 days, and I need to decide between L&S CS and EECS.
I would prefer EECS, but I know it could kill my chances to get in at all if I apply EECS.

So, I know my grades and test scores are great for Berkeley, but I don't have ANY ECs that demonstrate interest in engineering, which I know is an important factor. Would you say it's worth it to apply EECS for me? or just go with L&S CS?

Do you want to emphasize EE or CS in your upper division major courses?

If EE, then EECS makes more sense. If CS, then either major will do (although for L&S CS, you will apply to L&S where all freshmen start undeclared; L&S CS is currently not a capped major).
