So I know that the EFC of an individual student is determined by taking the family's expected contribution and divided by the number of students in college, yet I was wondering what if one of those students is a grad student? The reason I am asking is my brother is a year older than me and when I'm a senior in college he will most likely be in grad school. Does this mean my beautiful EFC will be doubled my senior year?

yes, because the FAFSA does not consider grad students in the equation (because they are considered independent). Many schools will not take your sibling in grad school into the equation so you may have to ask at your school how they wil look at this.
