EFC and Such

<p>How does Irvine typically handle your EFC from your Fafsa? If mine is 20,000, can I expect even a little bit of aid or no? I'm out of state too, so tuition is like 37,000. Will I get any aid or no? Also, a friend of mine lives in Irvine. If i were to go to UCI as a freshman, but then establish residency my sophomore year, would my tuition go to the in-state level or would it remain out-of-state?</p>
