<p>You call the OSFS and tell the person who answers you that you want to talk to your assigned counselor, they may tell you that he/she is not available right now, then you ask for his/her name and email and ask to make an appointment with him/her. </p>
<p>If that does not work I will suggest sending an email to the director of financial aid services explaining how you have been not able to speak with your assigned counselor, but I will leave that as a last resource …</p>
<p>Remember to always keep the tone of the conversations as a plead and not as a demand…“in the asking is the giving”.</p>
