Effect of mediocre SAT II score?

Hi

I'm scheduled to take the May SAT II Spanish test. I'm in my fourth year of Spanish class right now, but I've been scoring only around 680 on my practice tests in the PR book. By the time the real test comes I might be able to raise it to a low 700s. Are these scores good enough for a non native speaker applying to schools like Princeton, Stanford, Caltech, MIT, or should I just pay the extra money to change the test date?

I was wondering the same exact thing. I recieved a 550 on bio in 9th grade and would like to apply to Princeton. So you're luck...ugg.

arent PR practices harder than the real thing? thats what happened when i studied for the ssat anyway.

I'm not sure if PR is harder than the real spanish test, but it probably is for some other tests

bump it up im wondering too

bump 10 chars

My advice would be to go for it. I mean it will aslo depend on how good the rest of your resume is. As long as you think can get a 700+

Thanks, any other opinions?
