Effects of Senior first semester Grade Drop

Hi all,

My D is thinking that she might end up with 3 Bs in her Senior year first semester while she had 2 Bs in each semester of 11th grade. She had taken 4 APs in 11th grade as well as in 12th grade now. One of her online courses AP Macroeconomics (she had to take online class to help manage her health!) is proving to be hard to get an A in and so she might end up with one extra B and so she is getting all worked up thinking what if colleges think that her #Bs increased by 1 subject from 11th to 12th grade? I feel that should not matter that much. What do you all think?

I would appreciate your feedback.

Thanks!

I don’t think a change from two Bs to three Bs alone is going to make a college suddenly decide they don’t want to admit a student. But since you don’t list any of the colleges she has on her list, it is difficult to know for sure.

One extra B means little. Going from none to three might be a little more worrisome.
