Egyptians! Come here!....There are prizes!

The only way a graduate from Alex Uni will ever have a chance to work outside the Middle East is if s/he takes the American Board exam. It's for 500 dollars I think, which is why a minority of students take it...most people don't even have the 80 pounds a year that the university charges.
My brother is in medical school there and he's going to take the test in his third year.
The only diwn side to the exam is that the success rate outside the US is only 51%.

i wasn't talking about medical school.....

well that was the first thing that came to my mind bec. that's what I hope to study. :)
what about you?

BUMP
I’m Egyptian woot :D

5th egyptian here.

3 and a half year bump… I’ll give you Egyptians one thing; you are ever patient. I am not patient, or Egyptian, but am Southern African and there appears to be very few of us here, so will join this thread

Haha, you could have a continental thread for Africa!

And about 7 people would join… Africans = ultmate URM’s. Colleges accept us!

I’m Sudanese (and a quarter Egyptian!), so fellow African here. URM definitely helped me get into a few colleges I am confident I wouldn’t have gotten into otherwise (ie Boston College & University of Southern California). I’m done with waiting for decisions - 9 acceptances, 2 rejections (Berkeley and UCLA, though my twin got into both). USC was my top choice though and somehow I got a scholarship from there too haha. I’m going there for sure. So excited. :)

BUMP! Egyptian here
Another four year Egyptian thread revival  Others Show me where you are !!
