I have a 4.40 gpa (weighted)
My rank is 59/363 so I'm in about the 16%
I attend a really competitive public high school in MA
My SAT Scores were
530 math
630 reading
630 writing
ACT score: 26
5 on an AP Psych exam</p>

<p>I am not applying for any financial aid... so money is not a factor
I do many ecs such as National Honor Society, Steering Committee, Prom Committee, Peer Mentor (I was a mentor leader), DECA (I was a chapter officer), Spirit Club
I do lots of community service week long mission trips in the summer, captain of Relay for Life, Track and Field camp counselor, retreat leaders, Vacation Bible School teachers
I also have a job as a hostess at a restaurant
I have done Indoor Track, Outdoor Track, and Cross Country every season of high school
My current schedule is Calculus (H)
AP Government
AP Spanish Language
AP Economics
2 English electives (H)
Marketing Research and Development (H)</p>

<p>I work really hard and I am really interested in attending GW... I know that my SAT scores aren't that good and my grades could be a little higher... but..</p>

<p>If you write a good essay, and a good “Why GW essay”, then they will be able to see a liitle more of you than just Stats. If you can visit, or, do off campus interview, you’ll boost your chances. I hope it helps! Good Luck</p>
