ehhhh I feel inadequate

<p>alright well I just found out my SAT scores...I'm going to be completely honest and say that I was happy...I improved and that was what mattered right?
may SAT- m-480,cr-490,w-590
oct SAT- m-490,cr-510,w-580
dec SAT-m-560,cr-520,w-590</p>

<p>I know most of you have amazing stats and are probably gagging right now lol
but anyways fordham is my first choice and I wanted to know if I have a chance at all...?
my cum gpa is 3.82 ..rank is 71/244 and my ecs are great (pres of science club, vp of italian honor society)
essay is great according to my english teacher and guidance counselor..but gosh its so competitive!
oh and I'm taking two AP's (chem and italian) and I got a 4.02 first trimester
I'm ecuadorian,first generation and my cousin went to fordham if that helps lol
sooo any thoughts or advice?</p>

<p>awwsugar, It's going to be tough for RD this year so just make sure you have some solid match schools in case things don't work out.</p>

<p>i don't know. i think the fact that ur a URM and more importantly a first generation might actually help you a lot. i think fordham needs the diversity, it really does.
Don't give up hope. And even if you don't make it, don't fret, another wonderful college will gladly take you in, and you'll get just as good an education as any where else. Good Luck!</p>
