<p>For the sake of clarification, in Aoballer008's case (as well as other ELC students), the ELC eligibility DOES guarantee admission to the University, so long as you complete your eligibility requirements (as I mentioned in my previous post #2). So, in that regard, your being an ELC student does mean you are "in"; however, (repeating here), it does NOT necessarily mean admission to the campus or major of choice.</p>
