<p>Is there some significance between those who received their ELC results/notification sooner than others? Are their last names at the beginning of the alphabet?</p>

<p>My D got her ELC package (as mentioned by Sequoia) yesterday. We live in SFBA and our last name is in the second half of the alphabet. :)</p>

<p>I received notification a few days ago (Kern County).</p>

<p>I just spoke to someone at ELC and was told that my school is still in the evaluation process. ELC had just recently received the school information. After the evaluation process is completed, ELC sends a report to the school and then notifications. It sounds like it's going to be a couple of more weeks for me to find out :-( Here's the ELC number to find out your school status: 1.800.839.8507.
