<p>When do Californians find out whether or not they got the ELC thingy or not? or have they sent it out already and i didn't get it?</p>
<p>I attended the UC counselor conference this week and they indicated that the ELC notifications have not yet gone out, either to schools or students. They will be going out shortly, however.</p>
