I'm suppose to pick electives I would like to take while I'm at the School of Engineering but I don't want to take a too studying/reading intense class while taking my other core courses.

Here's some of the classes that I'm kinda interested in but please tell me if they're not worth it and if there are other ones that are good:

-Greek Civilization
-Greek and Roman Mythology
-Intro to Archaeology
-Logic, Reasoning, and Persuasion
-Death and Afterlife
-Intro to Sociology

Also, I’m a little worried about commuting to much, like if one of the classes are on Dougless/Cook while I’m mostly on Busch

Take macro/micro since they are requirements for graduation

I’ve been looking everywhere for the micro/marco requirements and I can’t find anywhere where they say that or any other requirements for that matter. Do you know where to find it?

Yes, micro and macro are indeed graduation requirements for engineers. I don’t think It’s stated outright on the website, but they will tell you once you are actually enrolled in the engineering program.

Ballroom dancing would be nice -great social fun .

[Humanities/Social Science Electives | Rutgers University School Of Engineering](http://soe.rutgers.edu/oaa/electives)

^ Lists the required electives. It’s a pretty complicated idea to grasp if you’re a freshman but pretty much:

You have take Expository Writing.

You have to take either Micro and Macro, or Economic Principles and Probability.

You have to take 4 humanities/social science electives. Two courses have to be upper level courses (courses the 300s and 400s); two courses are from the same subject area and one of them is upper level (so maybe Micro (102) and Money and Banking (301), both Economics); two different subjects are represented (so maybe 3 Economics classes and a Religion class).

Kinda confusing at first. Also, to answer your question, I took Death and Afterlife my first semester and it was the easiest A I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. GPA booster!
