Electrical/Computer Engineering Major

I'm currently a junior in a boarding high school. Chinese male, from Hong Kong to be exact; just moved from home to study abroad in September 2006. I would like to major in electrical/computer engineering, will the following list be considered a good choice, or am I too full of myself?

(in the order of preference)
Caltech
MIT
Cornell
Brown
CMU
UMich

What other colleges would you guys recommend? I think I need a lot more less- competitive schools.

FYI- Brief Info
Fluent in Chinese, English. Knows mediocre Japanese.
Top 5 out of ~120 juniors
GPA: 92%
SAT ~2000 (pretty low for a Chinese I know!)
AP's: BC Calc, CompSci A. Independent-study on Physics C: Mech
Sports: JV XC, Varsity Swimming, Varsity Crew
EC's: Can't think of many off my head now.
Work Experience: Had been working in my father's company before I left. I specialize in electronics like cams for cell phones.
Volunteer work: ~20 hrs since the first semester. Going to Mississippi this Spring Break for a volunteer work camp.

Not the average Chinese - I don't grind SAT books on Sundays. I do a variety of sports. I excel in windsurfing and sailing, but being in a boarding school restricts it.

Other crap: ambidextrous, because I broke my right arm when I was skiing in Korea 3 years ago. During the 2-month period of recovery, I trained to use my left hand.

I know neither my test scores are outstanding, nor do I have excellent EC's. I would build up more once I am dissolved in this culture. All I hope is to get some advice on my college list. Thanks.

This is a good list for top schools but you definitely need schools less selective too.

Excellent ECE schools less selective include Purdue, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Rensselaer, Case Western, Penn State
