I'm a sophomore physics major with a low GPA (2.7) and no research. I'm slowly bringing my GPA up. I expect to graduate with around a 3.3. What are my chances of getting into an electrical engineering grad school?

Your still have chances for admissions to masters program in EE. But you will most likely end up in medicore schools, not top schools like MIT and Stanford.

What schools should I aim for? Where do I have a chance to get in?

Where are you from in the US? What are your regional preferences for grad schools?

I’m an international student studying at UCLA. I have no regional preferences.

You might also want to get some work experience before applying to a Masters program. Engineering programs like to see work experience.

In any case, if you want to maximize your chances, take all your free elective courses in Electrical Engineering. This will prepare you to move into a Masters program without too many prerequisites. In addition, make sure you really learn the E&M and solid state part of your physics curriculum.
